Joanne

Joanne

Dental Hygienist

I began my career in 1980 as a dental assistant and eventually earned my Associate’s in Science in dental hygiene. Joining this office in 1986, I provide clinical assessments, preventive care, periodontal treatments, and patient education, all to help our patients achieve a maximal state of oral health.

I love the relationships I have formed with my patients through the years. They have taught me so much about life. I love helping them achieve higher standards in regards to their general health and well-being, and showing them that a trip to the dentist can be a positive experience.

Our office is a wonderful place that emphasizes continuing education and modern technology. As a team, we trust each other, collaborate well, and all have a wonderful sense of humor!

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my three grown children and a grandson who is eight months old. I do Zumba and yoga, love to hike, and am a bibliophile to the max!

Ashley

Dental Hygienist

Helping people love their smile is the most essential aspect of my job as a hygienist. It is incredibly rewarding to help patients achieve good oral health and know that I am making a difference in their systemic wellbeing.

I joined Windsor Progressive Dental Care in 2019 and feel like I’ve found my second home! Dr. Farley’s sense of humor is matched only by his knowledge, and the rest of my coworkers have an incredible amount of compassion. Combined, they make our practice a truly wonderful place where patients can receive the care they need.

I married my high school sweetheart and we have one daughter, Meadow, as well as two cats. In my spare time, I enjoy being outside, whether I’m hiking and kayaking or just relaxing on the beach with a good book. During winter and rainy days, I enjoy cooking and making new recipes.

Naomi

Naomi

Financial Coordinator

I have more than 20 years of experience working in the dental field. I started my dental career as a front desk receptionist in high school and found that dentistry is my passion. I take pride in helping others and my priority is to give our patients the most enjoyable and comfortable experience. As our financial coordinator, I look forward to helping all of our patients with their insurance coverage and benefits.

I’m married to my wonderful husband, Michael. We have two daughters Isabella and Audrina, as well as a cute little pug named Sasha. When I'm not working, I enjoy vacationing, spending my days at the beach with my family, or cooking something good in my kitchen.

Emily

Emily

Dental Assistant

I began my dental career as an assistant in 2004, having been trained in-office and passing my radiology certificate and infection control certificate. I joined Dr. Farley’s office in 2022, where I assist with patient care and make sure they are comfortable and well taken care of during their visit. My goal is to help patients achieve their dental goals and remain in optimal oral health.

When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and my fur baby, Ella. I also enjoy cooking, baking, and getting lost in a good book. In the warmer weather, I love going to the beach and taking hikes.

Nicole

Nikki

Treatment Coordinator

I started my dental assisting career in 2009, graduating from Porter and Chester Institute. I pursued my career as a dental assistant until 2014 when I transitioned to the administrative side of dentistry. Here at Windsor Progressive Dental Care, I maximize provider schedules, greet patients, and ensure all necessary documentation and paperwork is present and up to date allowing patients to have the best experience possible. I very much enjoy seeing each patient, getting to know them on a personal level, and helping them receive the dental care they need.

When I am not busy working, I enjoy spending most of my free time with my family, Mitchell, and son Sean. We enjoy taking trips when we can, doing yard work, and taking walks in our friendly neighborhood.

Wendy

Wendy

Dental Assistant

I have worked with Dr. Farley since 1989, assisting at his side during patient procedures and making sure the patients have the best experience and dental care. Our patients are some of the best people I’ve ever met, so spending my days helping them be healthier is a pleasure! My goal is to give them a positive experience—one that will make them look forward to coming back!

My partner Kenny and I have a dog named Daphne. We enjoy going on walks and hiking, and just being outdoors as much as possible.
